Hi Rodney,
Just came across your blog regarding scaffolding hire. Have you ever used the www.tuxebo.co.uk service? It allows you to post the job you need the scaffolding hire for and local scaffolding companies bid against one another for the work. Given scaffolding isn't cheap it saved me over £1,000 so i think it's a great service.
