Welcome to Grott Video's online reservation page. The purpose of this page is to save you the frustration of coming into one of the shops to rent a specific title and finding that it is already on loan to another member. Using this service is simple (and free of charge) - all you need to do is fill in the form below. If your video is in stock then we will send you an e-mail immediately saying it is being held for you to collect. If you video is currently on loan it will be reserved for you when it is returned. Once your video is reserved we will send you an e-mail to let you know. Your video will be held for three days, after this time it will be released so that others can hire it. There is a small charge of £3 for uncollected reservations.

Rules and Regulations

All tapes have to be returned by 6.30pm the next day or Monday in the case of weekend loans. Extended loans will be issued with a return date and the rental must be returned by 6.30pm on that date. You may rent a video for up to 5 nights if you wish. Obviously there are different charges for different clasifications of video. Below is a summary of charges for different videos.

• All videos in the top ten rental chart are charged at £3 per night.
• Children's videos are charged at £1.50 per night.
• All other movies are charged at £2.00 per night.
• If you hire two or more videos you will recieve a 50 pence per night discount.

This summary of charges is only meant to be used as a guide; when you reserve a title the confirmational e-mail sent to you will detail exactly how much the rental will cost. If you find this unsatisfactory then please tell us quickly so that the rental can be issued to someone else. If you do not tell us within 24 hours, then you can still cancel the reservation. However, you will be subject to the £3 charge for uncollected reservations.
